Our House / A Visual Tour

Built in 1964, the Beta Sigma Psi house is located at 1200 Centennial Drive in Manhattan, Kansas. The midcentury modern design is supported with many original details of the historic architectural style. High ceilings, open floor plans, and specifically placed glazing provide sweeping views of the outdoors. The original designer is Beta Sigma Psi Alumni Dale Meyer. The house was designed with the Fraternity in mind and has been occupied by Beta Sigma Psi since it’s construction.

The house boasts classic 1960’s single story construction and contains a large living room, comfortable dining area complete with modern kitchen. Directly adjacent to the structure is a 3-story sleeping dorm with amenities. Outside you will find ample parking, sport court, fire pit and numerous terraces for gathering.
